The Teenage Resource is the Centre's third online resource.
This resource has been designed to support autistic teenagers, their parents, family members, friends and education professionals working with and alongside them. This provides resources and ideas, which may be suitable for supporting an autistic teenager across a variety of environments, settings and situations.
All content in this resource is based on the Centre’s transdisciplinary model, which is informed by the Centre’s research and practice. Middletown Centre for Autism is cognisant of the opinions and views of autistic children, teenagers and adults and as such has decided to use identity first language throughout this resource.
However, several of the sources referenced throughout the piece will be using person first language. Middletown Centre for Autism cannot make any changes to published research.
